2. Course Enrollment & Fees
- Course fees are payable in advance or as per agreed payment plan.
- Fee structures are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated before enrollment.
- Discounts and offers are limited-time and non-transferable.
- Receipts will be provided for all payments made.
3. Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if you have not attended more than 2 classes.
- After 7 days: No refund will be issued, but you may defer to the next batch.
- Course cancellation by us: Full refund will be provided within 7 business days.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
4. Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Attend classes regularly and complete assignments on time.
- Maintain respectful conduct with trainers and fellow students.
- Not share course materials or intellectual property with unauthorized persons.
- Not record or distribute class sessions without written permission.
- Provide accurate information during enrollment.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including presentations, code samples, assignments, and videos, are the intellectual property of Aditya Skill Gate IT Solution. You may use these materials for personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. IT Services Terms
- Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
- 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.
- Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
- We provide maintenance support for 30 days post-delivery at no additional cost.
- Changes to project scope after commencement may incur additional charges.
7. Placement Support
- Placement support is provided as a best-effort service and is not guaranteed.
- We commit to providing resume building, mock interviews, and job referrals.
- Students must maintain minimum performance standards to be eligible for placement assistance.
- Sharing of personal information with recruiters requires your explicit consent.
8. Website Usage
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
- Upload malicious files or content.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
- Collect user information without authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aditya Skill Gate IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
